Vulnerability reports. We will not pursue good-faith research that respects user privacy and does not degrade the Service.
Legal
Contract questions, notices under the Terms of Service, and law-enforcement or regulatory requests.
Suppliers: if you have been asked for a packaging specification by a brand you supply, you do not need to write to us first — the invitation you received links straight to the form, and the Supplier Portal is free. If the invitation has expired, reply to the brand that sent it, or write to us and we will help.
